Original and delicious summer salad "Rainbow"

In the summer, I always want to try something new, delicious and at the same time tasty. For those who want to cook not only healthy and nutritious food, but also originally designed, the most indispensable recipe can be a salad "Rainbow". The name of this salad speaks for itself and inspires a positive rainbow mood. To prepare a salad, "Rainbow" does not need to have special culinary skills, it's enough just to buy all the necessary products, as usually preparing salads from vegetables does not take long, but their useful properties are simply irreplaceable.

The recipe for this salad is designed to prepare 7 servings. In the event that more salad is needed, you just need to increase all the necessary ingredients and use a large container. In any case, you need to divide all the products into 2 main parts: the first includes the general ingredients, and the second - the parts for the colored layers of the lettuce.

Directly to prepare a salad "Rainbow" we will need the following products.

The first main part:

  • Tender chicken fillet (best to buy ready-made chicken breasts) - 1 large or 2 medium sizes;
  • Potatoes - 3-4 pieces of medium size;
  • Pickled mushrooms (preferably mushrooms, but if they are not at hand, any will suit) - about 300 grams or polbanochki;
  • Pickled peas - 350 grams;
  • Gentle mayonnaise (best suited fat-free) - 150-200 grams.

The second part:

  • One medium red bell pepper;
  • One orange pepper;
  • 3 eggs;
  • 1 bunch of green onions;
  • 1 small beet.

Preparation: Salad "Rainbow"

From the very beginning you need to prepare the products. For this, it is necessary to boil potatoes and beetroot in a peel, but not to digest. Eggs boil hard. Chicken fillet should be placed in a small saucepan and boiled in pre-salted water. In order for chicken broth to become more saturated and tasty, you need to add a few vegetables, in particular, carrots and onions. It depends only on the desire and preference of the cook.

After the preliminary preparation of the products is passed, you need to cut everything in small cubes, including mushrooms. Potatoes, fillets, mushrooms and peas should be well mixed together and refilled with mayonnaise. Spices can be added to taste.

The resulting mixture should be laid out in the form of a rainbow on a dish. Only after this you can proceed with the design. To do this, it is necessary to separate the yolk from the whites and separately rub each of them on a fine grater. Boiled beets should also be passed through a fine grater, and pepper and green feathers of fresh onions cut into thin strips.

The colors of the rainbow are known to everyone, so it will be easy to follow their sequence. On the prepared salad it is necessary to lay out the first basic layer from red pepper, the second - from orange. Each of these layers must be laid very densely to each other, but, in no case, without mixing them.
