Salad from Chinese cabbage - favorite recipes.

Chinese cabbage appeared on the shelves of Russian stores relatively recently, and immediately gained great popularity. And it does not surprise. Of course, most often this vegetable is used in various salads. The taste of Chinese cabbage is perfectly combined with cucumbers, tomatoes, bell peppers and all kinds of protein supplements (eggs, chicken, ham). Especially valuable is that such salads do not need fatty dressings, mayonnaise or butter can easily be replaced with citrus juice, apple or balsamic vinegar or avocado puree. The taste of the dish will only benefit from this.

Chinese cabbage salad with champignons

To prepare the dish, cabbage cabbage, a pack of mushrooms of champignons weighing 150 grams, a large pod of pepper, two medium-sized cucumbers, soy sauce, half a lemon, pepper and salt will be needed.

Mushrooms need to be chopped in thin slices and pour soy sauce. Place in the refrigerator for half an hour. Cut cabbage with straws, pepper and cucumbers in small cubes, stir vegetables and add salt a little. With mushrooms merge the soy sauce and add them to the vegetables. Shred cabbage as small as possible. From the sea cocktail merge the brine, rinse with water. If necessary, cut large pieces into several pieces. Cucumbers chop as small as possible. All the components of the salad are mixed in a deep container, salt and pepper.

Chinese cabbage salad with ham and cheese

To cook this dish, you need 100 grams of ham and hard cheese, a pod of Bulgarian pepper (red color), olives, a package of white crackers, mayonnaise and lemon juice, pepper, salt.

Shred cabbage, ham cut into ham, pepper - cubes. Olives can be cut in half. All ingredients (except crackers) are mixed in a deep bowl and lightly salted. In mayonnaise, add a small amount of lemon juice, pepper to taste.

Salad is filled with mayonnaise immediately before meals. Cucumbers sprinkled on top of each plate.

Chinese cabbage salad with shrimps and cheese

You need 200 grams of shrimp ready for use, Chinese cabbage, 100 grams of cheese (best to take Parmesan), grated eggs, quail eggs - 5 pcs, ready-made sauce "Thousand Islands" or mayonnaise with the addition of ketchup.

Eggs boil, put in cold water to cool. Then clean and cut along into two parts. Finely chop cabbage. Shrimp can be used in its entirety or cut into several pieces.

In each plate lay a cabbage, a few slices of eggs, shrimp. Sprinkle the top with cheese and pour the sauce. Do not mix. This recipe of Chinese cabbage salad is very popular even in restaurant menus. Offer it to your guests and home - compliments are guaranteed to you.
