Black radish salad

Salad from radish and beets is prepared from vegetables taken in equal proportions and grated on a large grater, with the addition of seeds of dill or cumin, 100 g of sour juice (cranberry, apple, lemon, currant or rhubarb juice) and sugar (can be replaced with honey).

Salad of black radish with hard cheese. Remove two medium radishes, grate, mix well with chopped onion 250 grams of Dutch cheese, cut into cubes, pour sour cream, add salt to taste, gently mix and sprinkle with chopped green onions in a salad bowl.

And where without potatoes !? Potato salad with radish is very satisfying. Necessary components: one medium radish, four potatoes, one large raw carrot, one hundred gram of fresh cabbage, one fresh apple, green onions, a couple of spoons of mayonnaise, greens, spices.

Stir chop carrots, radish and white cabbage, rub with salt, add an apple, peeled and peeled and cut into strips. Boil potatoes in a uniform, peel and cut into strips, combine with the previous ingredients, add onions, spices, mayonnaise, mix, in a salad bowl, decorate with parsley leaves.

Salad from a white radish, in the native land named daikon, with carrots turns out more gentle and juicy, than a salad from a black radish. The recipe is simple: take one fresh cucumber and daikon, four raw carrots, 70 g of sour cream and 70 g of mayonnaise, salt, garlic.
