Diet on oranges is rich in vitamins A, C, D, P and B vitamins, it has long been proven that these juicy fruits perfectly strengthen immunity, remove toxins and toxins from our body, and also improve the condition of the skin. In addition, the bright aroma and rich orange color of these citrus fruits positively affect the mood.

High concentration of dietary fiber in oranges contributes to the rapid onset of satiety. However, when they are used on an empty stomach, the opposite effect may occur, since orange juice in itself promotes the fastest digestion of food. Nevertheless, compliance with all dietary recommendations and the correct approach to this food system will allow you to lose from three to ten kilograms per week.

The orange diet has many variations, differing in the duration and the estimated number of kilos that have been dropped. The fastest, but also the hardest option is a diet designed for one week and allows you to lose 4-6 kilograms. Its essence lies in the fact that every day for breakfast eat one orange, a few crackers and tea without sugar. Then throughout the day you need to eat another one or two oranges, one cracker and a little vegetable salad without dressings, two fresh tomatoes and two cups of kefir. In addition, the diet includes cyclic products, the change of which occurs daily. These include the following products: two eggs in the first two days, then on the 3rd and 4th day - low-fat beef, 5-6 days - cottage cheese, and on the last day of the seventh diet a small portion of steam fish. In addition, during the day you can drink mineral water.

Another, longer, but no less severe option is a three-week orange diet, which according to experts provides a more lasting result. For the entire period of this diet is lost about ten kilograms of excess weight, losing weight is slow, but confident. The diet is constructed in such a way that the main number of restrictions is distributed on weekdays, but on Saturday and Sunday some indulgences are allowed. However, in general, this diet is low-calorie, and not everyone can endure it to the end.
