Homemade yoghurt ice cream: a recipe with a banana

Necessary ingredients:

  • 30 ml of orange juice;
  • 3 g of vanillin;
  • Bananas - 2 pieces;
  • Yogurt - ½ cup.

Preparation

  1. Where do we start? Remove the skin from bananas. Cut the flesh into pieces.
  2. In the blender pour the yogurt in the right amount. There we also send pieces of bananas. Grind these ingredients to a puree state. Add vanillin and juice. Turn on the blender again.
  3. The resulting mass is poured into molds. In the center we insert wooden sticks. What's next? Forms with the contents are sent to the freezer. After 4 hours we get yoghurt ice cream. It turns out bright and incredibly tasty. You can see for yourself.

Ice cream variant based on strawberry yogurt

Grocery set:

  • Liquid honey - enough 8 tbsp. L .;
  • 200-300 g of fresh strawberries;
  • Juice from one lime;
  • 0,4 kg of canned peaches in syrup ;
  • 1 liter of natural yogurt and 450 g of strawberry;
  • White chocolate - 25 g.

Practical part

  1. We take a rectangular shape for the cake. We cover it with a food film so that the edges hang a little from the sides. Pour strawberry yogurt, leveling the surface. We remove the form for half an hour in the freezer.
  2. In the bowl of the food processor lay the canned peaches (only without syrup), 3 tbsp. L. Honey and 400 grams of natural yogurt. Then we survive the juice from lime. Pressing the "Start" button, grind the ingredients.
  3. We take the form from the freezer. Over the strawberry yogurt pour out the previously obtained mass. We level. That's not all. We need to use the remaining products.
  4. In a bowl, combine 600 grams of yogurt and honey. Pour into the cake mold. This will be the third layer. Our dessert should stand for 2-3 more hours in the freezer.
  5. For 20 minutes before filing we get yoghurt ice cream, turn it over a plate. We remove the form first, then the film.
  6. White chocolate should be melted in a water bath.
  7. The ice cream prepared by us already looks appetizing. However, we recommend to decorate it with strawberries. And from the top we pour melted chocolate. It turns out just an amazing dessert.

Chocolate yoghurt ice cream at home

Grocery list:

  • 2 tbsp. L. Unsweetened cocoa in the form of a powder;
  • ¼ tsp. Vanilla extract;
  • 100 g chocolate bars (cocoa content from 70%);
  • Sea salt - enough pinch;
  • ½ cup sour cream 15% fat content;
  • 300 grams of natural yogurt.

Step # 1. To begin with we will melt the chocolate in a water bath.

Step # 2. In a separate vessel, we combine sea salt with cocoa in the form of a powder.

Step number 3. Melted chocolate before whipping with sour cream. Once the mass becomes uniform, pour into it a mixture of salt and cocoa. Add the vanilla extract. All this mass is transferred to a blender for further grinding.

Ingredients:

  • Cocoa powder in the form of a pinch;
