It is very simple to prepare, does not require the purchase of expensive products and it turns out very tasty. There are several recipes for cooking . Here's one of them.

We buy in the store half a kilogram of anchovy salted or slightly salted. We twist it in the meat grinder, before cutting off the heads and tails. We boil six potatoes in a uniform, remove peel from them and twist potatoes in the same meat grinder. Mix the twisted potatoes with the twisted ham. Finely cut one onion and fry it in a sufficient amount of sunflower oil. Then, along with the oil, send the fried onions to the mixture of fish and potatoes. If desired, you can add a classic finely chopped boiled egg to forshmak. If forshmak was not salty enough, wheeze it. It turns out very tasty. Now you can spread the forshmak on pieces of white or black bread. Very mouth-watering sandwiches are obtained.

You can use herring to make forschmac, the recipe of which is no less simple than the previous one. So, first we clean the bones and skins of salted herring. Do not forget to cut off the head and tail. We twist the peeled herring in a meat grinder. We also add a twisted raw carrot, melted cheese, crushed with a fork or grated on a fine grater. We mix everything.

One hundred and fifty grams of butter melted and poured into the resulting mixture. Again, mix everything. Forshmack classic ready. Feel free to spread it on bread or a loaf and eat for your own pleasure. This forshmak will be an excellent snack on the table for vodka.

In addition, it is possible to prepare a delicious and appetizing forschak classic, a very original forshmak is prepared according to the following unique recipe.

First you need to boil or fry 250 grams of beef, veal or lamb. Soak herring and peel off the skin and bones, cut off the head and tail. Twist the meat and half herring through a meat grinder and mix. Separately cook three peeled potatoes and make a puree of them, mix with finely chopped onion, fried in a skillet in vegetable oil. Mix everything in a separate bowl, add two tablespoons of flour and a softened butter, and three tablespoons of sour cream. The second time, scroll through the meat grinder. Add two egg yolks, salt and pepper to taste, and pre-whipped egg whites. Mix everything carefully and place on a greasy frying pan, give the dish a shape and pour on top of one tablespoon of grated cheese. Sprinkle with butter and bake in the oven for about half an hour. Forshmak will be ready when it starts to easily fall behind the walls of the frying pan. Transfer the forshmak to a dish and pour sour cream sauce with tomato.

This sauce can be easily prepared at home. First, three kilograms of tomatoes are wiped in tomato paste and boiled for one-third in enameled dishes. Then add one glass of sugar to the tomato. When the sugar dissolves, a bag of various spices is placed there and again the tomato is boiled for about ten minutes. Then add half a cup of 4% vinegar, one tablespoon of salt, and then the tomato boils for another couple of minutes. After that, a bag of spices needs to be got. Obtain the resulting tomato sauce in bottles. Mixing this sauce with sour cream, pour them forshmak.

Although forsmak, a classic recipe, is prepared in a completely different way, not the same as the version with the addition of meat, in any case, all the above-described recipes for preparing forshmak give very tasty results. Surprise and please your loved ones with such interesting dishes.
