If you are an avid mushroom picker or just bought a bucket of fresh white on the market, then the most delicious and simple dish that you can cook for your home is the ceps, fried with potatoes. Of course, this is not an exquisite julienne, and not even a casserole, but often it happens that the simpler the dish, the more delicious, is not it? Take advantage of our cooking recipes - and your whole family will not only be happy to eat such a dinner, but will also ask for supplements.

For a large portion you will need:

  • Half a kilo of mushrooms and fresh potatoes;
  • Large bulbous bulb;
  • Dill, parsley, other greens to taste;
  • Oil, salt and pepper.

Fresh mushrooms need to be cleaned (especially pay attention to the legs and the back of the hats, there may be land), and then rinse with water. Then cut the ingredient into large pieces, do not need small ones - the fungi decrease several times during frying. Peel the potatoes, then chop them into slices or circles - do as you like. Onion crumble with semicircles or finely chop.

And now pour a sufficiently large portion of vegetable oil on a frying pan, let it warm up, and then lay out the potatoes. Roast for 5-7 minutes, depending on how large your pieces are, sometimes stirring, - halves can stick to the frying pan. Then add the onion, fry for 5 minutes . And then lay out the main and most delicious ingredient - the ceps. Stir, salt and sprinkle with black pepper, close the lid and cook over medium heat for a quarter of an hour or 20 minutes. Fried white mushroom with potatoes before serving generously sprinkle fresh chopped greens. Also, dill or parsley can be added 2-3 minutes before the end of cooking, they will add a stunning flavor to the dish.

White mushrooms, fried with potatoes in sour cream sauce

This dish is a variant of the previous one, but it is a bit more difficult to prepare - mushrooms and potatoes will be stewed in sour cream this time. Take:

  • 200 g of fresh white mushrooms and the same number of potatoes;
  • Half of onion bulb;
  • 3-4 tablespoons of sour cream, vegetable oil, a tablespoon of flour, salt, pepper and greens to taste.

Prepare the ingredients: peel the potatoes and cut them into slices or circles, wash the white mushrooms and also peel them off the ground, crumble large, chop finely or cut into half rings. And now on a well-heated frying pan with vegetable oil, put the potatoes, fry for 5-7 minutes, add the onion, mix and cook for about 5 minutes. It's the turn of the mushrooms - put them in a pan, stir and fry under the lid for a quarter of an hour on medium heat. Try potatoes, if the vegetable is a little hard, cooking time can be increased by 5-10 minutes.

White mushrooms, fried with potatoes, will be especially tasty if at the very end of the cooking you put them in a sour cream sauce. To do this, take 3-4 tablespoons of the ingredient (sour cream), mix with a tablespoon of flour and spices to taste - you can take a fresh or dry greens. This sauce should be poured into the pan 5 minutes before the end of cooking, and after stewing on low heat. The dish will turn out to be incredibly fragrant, delicate and delicious. In general, potatoes with porcini mushrooms, fried according to one of the above recipes, will be an excellent hearty dinner for the whole family, not only in summer, but also in winter. In the cold season, you can quite soak the stored dry mushrooms and cook the dish as well as with fresh ones.
