Modular Boiler Installations - Standalone Survival Systems

The past winter has shown that there is no more to be expected from nature, and its own boiler room is no longer a luxury, but a real means of survival. The existing stationary installations do not have enough power, and the worn-out heating mains do not cope with the transportation of heat.

The construction of new capital structures is expensive, but now you can get a block-modular boiler plant, which is called "turn-key".

What is this equipment, and how does it work?

Modular boiler plants can be steam or hot water. Solid fuel works with a capacity of up to 10 MW with a fuel consumption of up to 10 t / h, gas and liquid power up to 15 MW (flow rate up to 16 t / h).

The boiler plant is delivered to the installation site by separate units, in which all the thermal mechanical equipment, electrician, instrumentation and automatic control systems have already been installed.

Modular boiler plants do not require the mandatory installation of a capital base. To them it is required only to bring engineering communications, and then to interconnect separate blocks among themselves. At the same time, the necessary construction work is several times cheaper than when installing a stationary boiler house.

Optimum seat selection shortens the length of heating mains and, accordingly, the inevitable heat loss. This is a very fast, inexpensive and reliable way to get the necessary capacity for hot water supply and heating of industrial facilities, living quarters and administrative buildings.

Modular boiler plants allow not only to organize autonomous heat supply, but also to set individual parameters of equipment. The thermal circuit of the unit operates in a constant temperature regime, which allows to ensure the functioning of all equipment with maximum efficiency. The efficiency of such a boiler house is constant throughout the life of the plant, and the cost of heat is significantly lower than that of stationary heat supply systems.

During the summer period, the heating circuit is switched off, only the hot water supply system operates. Modular boiler plants are equipped not only with standard equipment, but also with additional systems that ensure reliable operation of the complex under given conditions. Including installations for reducing water hardness, standby pumps, automatic solenoid valves to regulate the pressure in the water supply. The power supply of the installation comes from external sources with two independent input channels. The stand-alone modular boiler house is not a panacea for all troubles, but it can be warmed by long winter evenings.
