The baking process starts with a preform of flour from a flour (200 g), water (110 ml) and pressed yeast (4 g). After 4 hours, the test itself is kneaded. After preliminary mixing, an egg (70 g) and the same amount of butter are introduced. After mixing, the dough is transferred to a clean fermentation bowl for 2.5 hours. In an hour, it is necessary to make a warm-up.

Approached dough is divided into portioned pieces of 50 grams, of which in the beginning round buns are formed, and then pies. As a filling, you can use stewed cabbage, jam, cottage cheese, etc.

For buns for a hamburger, first prepare a lump from water (100 ml), flour (150 g) and yeast (0.2 g). The time of fermentation of the sponge is 12 hours. The main dough is then mixed with water (280 ml), pressed yeast (12 g), sugar (24 g), gums (440 g), dried milk (22 g), salt (12 g) and butter (45 g) ). The weight of the molded articles is 70 g.
