Mannick in the multivark - simplify your life

In the modern world, so much technology has been invented to make life easier for us, that it is probably time to use these achievements. In addition, many recipes have already adapted to the novelties of technology. So you can easily prepare a mannik in a multivark, while spending a minimum of time and your efforts. And the result is excellent. We offer you several recipes of such a simple dish as mannik, cooked in different household appliances.

How to cook a mannik in a multivark
Ingredients for mannica:
• one cup of mango;
• one glass of kefir;
• three eggs;
• a glass of sugar;
• One and a half grams of vanillin;
• flour (one glass);
• One hundred gram of butter;
• a teaspoon of baking powder.

How to cook a mannik in a multivark:
1. First you need to fill the manga with kefir and leave it to soften a little.
2. Then beat the eggs, sugar and vanillin. Next, add melted butter, baking powder and flour.
3. The resulting mass is added to the mango with kefir and mix well.
4. The bowl of the multivark must be oiled or margarine and sprinkled with a mango.
5. Transfer our dough to the multivark and choose the "baking" mode for 65 minutes. After you hear a signal of readiness, you need to leave the mannik in the multivark for another ten minutes.
6. It is necessary to remove the mannik by means of a multivar grating.

Mannick with cottage cheese in a multivariate
Ingredients for mannica:
• one cup of mango;
• one glass of flour;
• one glass of sugar;
• 250 grams of kefir;
• Take a gram of cottage cheese;
• 150-180 grams of butter;
• two eggs;
• one teaspoon of baking powder;
• raisins.

Preparation of mannica with cottage cheese:
1. Preheat kefir to room temperature and pour into it a mango. All mixed well and leave to stand for twenty minutes.
2. Beat eggs with sugar and add flour and baking powder.
3. In the mango add cottage cheese and butter cream (melted) and mix well. Then we add eggs with sugar. Again, mix well and add flour.
4. In the end, add the raisins to the resulting mass.
5. Lubricate the mold from the multivark oil, then pour the dough.
6. We put the mold into a multivark.
7. Cook at the mode of "frying vegetables" and 140 degrees for about an hour.

We suggest you bake a delicious, gentle and, most importantly, a quick manicure in a steamer. For the filling you can choose both oranges and apples, the taste of mannik from this will not change significantly. Preparation of such a mannik will take a minimum of time, but taste will pleasantly please.

Mannick with oranges, cooked in a double boiler
Necessary ingredients:
• three oranges;
• 150 grams of sugar;
• 150 grams of semolina;
• three eggs.

The process of preparing manna:
1. Oranges should be cut into small pieces.
2. Whisk egg yolks with sugar and gradually add the mango.
3. Separately beat the egg whites.
4. In the dough gradually add whipped proteins.
5. Lubricate the pan with oil and sprinkle with a mango or flour.
6. We put oranges in a container and fill it with dough.
7. Set the timer for 45 minutes.

Mannick in the Baker
Products needed for manna:
• 250 grams of kefir (2.5 percent fat content);
• 230 grams of semolina;
• 200 grams of sugar;
• two eggs;
• 12-15 grams of baking powder for dough;
• 5 grams of vanilla sugar;
• a pinch of salt.

The process of preparing manna in a bread maker:
1. First, we put all the products in a bakery and do kneading. For this, we switch on the "kneading test" mode for five minutes.
2. Then leave the dough to stand for about an hour (in order for the semolina to soften a little). If you make a mannik skipping the moment of standing, then the mannik will get dryish.
3. Then turn on the "quick baking" mode and the color of the crust is "light" (this is about one hour and forty minutes, together with stirring and baking).
4. It remains only to wait until the mannik is ready.

Mannicki cooked in multivarqua, bread bakeries and steamers almost does not differ from manicures from the oven, well, except that the time for their preparation needs less and the crust turns more crispy.
