The original way

Sometimes the photos of fried vegetables look very beautiful. Especially if they are not cooked in the usual way. For example, they can be cooked on the grill. This is one of the ways of frying. However, in this case, the products, as a rule, quickly lose moisture, after which they become very dry and tasteless. To prevent this from happening. They must first be soaked in a special marinade, consisting, for example, of vegetable oil, spices, herbs and various sauces. You can use other options. This way of cooking is better to consider on a concrete example.

For work you will need:

  • 3 sweet peppers, 1 eggplant, 2 onions, 3 tomatoes, 2 cloves of garlic, 50 milliliters of olive oil, 3 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar and 10 milliliters of soy sauce.

Procedure:

  1. First, vegetables should be washed.
  2. After that, they should be crushed. Onions, eggplants and tomatoes are best cut into rings, and pepper - in large strips, removing the seeds from it beforehand.
  3. Then marinade is prepared. For him, the crushed garlic must be mixed with the remaining ingredients.
  4. Add the vegetables in a plastic bag, pour the prepared marinade, mix and leave for 30 minutes.
  5. Prepared foods put on a barbecue grill and fry on each side for 10 minutes.

This dish can be used as a side dish or a good snack for strong spirits.

National traditions

The Chinese cook their own fried vegetables in their own way. Recipe, as a rule, contains in its composition a variety of products. The result is a mixed dish with a very unusual taste.

For one of the most interesting options it is necessary to have:

  • A glass of boiled rice, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 carrot, 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and chopped green onion, ½ pod of pepper, 1 onion, salt, a teaspoon of soy sauce, a quarter of a glass of finely chopped cabbage and a couple of teaspoons of ground pepper.

Preparing the dish is not quite the usual way:

  1. First, vegetables must be cut. You can do this arbitrarily.
  2. Then in a heated frying pan in oil, fry onion and garlic for 1 minute.
  3. Add cabbage, carrots and simmer until they become softer.
  4. After that comes the turn of pepper.
  5. Next, you need to enter spices and soy sauce. The products should be allowed to warm up together for 10 seconds. After that, fire can be done a little less.
  6. Pour oil, wait 30 seconds and put rice into the frying pan. After thorough mixing, leave the food for another 3-4 minutes.
