Serve the cabbage soup, seasoning it with sour cream and sprinkling with dill greens.

Shchi with potatoes and squid

For the recipe you will need:
- potatoes - 100 g;
- sauerkraut - 100g;
- Squids - 150g;
- Carrots - 70g;
- parsley (root) - 20g;
- onion - 50 g;
- vegetable oil - 30 g;
- low-fat sour cream - 20g;
- tomato paste - 20g;
- green onion - 1 bunch;
- spices (laurel, black ground pepper, table salt) - to taste.

Peeled carcasses of squid washed and boiled in salted water on low heat for 5 minutes, then cool and cut into strips.
If sauerkraut is very acidic, it must be rinsed, and gently squeezed. Then add the cabbage, half the servings of tomato paste, fat. Pour the contents of water and put out for 1-2 hours.
