What is the diet of physicians? A unique diet, capable of just one week lead to the loss of eight to ten kilograms of excess weight. On the sixth day of the diet, doctors use one boiled egg and half a cup of tea for breakfast, before lunch - a glass of vegetable broth from cabbage, potatoes and other vegetables, for lunch - 100 grams of meat and the same green peas. Three more meals to eat one apple each. The diet of physicians on their last day is 100 gr. Cottage cheese and two glasses of milk or kefir.

The second, more prolonged, variant of a diet for "hardy". The diet of physicians (14 days - duration) is presented: the eighth day duplicates the first and third days. On the ninth day only 800 milliliters of milk and one apple are consumed. The tenth day: one bottle of mineral water. Day eleven: vegetable salad with herbs (liter pot), divided into three receptions. The twelfth day: 1 liter of milk, divided into 5-6 meals. Thirteenth day: one boiled egg in the morning and a low-fat cottage cheese for lunch. Final day: 1 liter of mineral water.

During the diet, it is necessary to take vitamin-mineral complexes, since with such minimal volumes of food they practically do not enter the body. After applying the diet, you can repeat it not earlier than two months later. In order that after such a sharp restriction in nutrition, when the diet is over, the lost kilograms are not returned, it is worth gradually starting to increase your diet with low-calorie meals (vegetables, dairy products and low-fat meat) for at least one or two weeks - this is the feature Hides under a diet of doctors.
