The dough is put for a couple of hours in a dark, warm place, so that it comes up, and then poured into the ladle by a warmed pancake pan. In the test itself, a sufficient amount of oil, so if there is a non-stick coating on the pan , pancakes can be fried without oiling the frying pan. First, bananas, baking powder, soda, flour and half of the milk are put in a blender or food processor and ground to a uniform consistency. The resulting mass is poured into a saucepan, add the remaining milk, salt and sugar and beat with a mixer, until the appearance of air foam. Prepared dough put in the refrigerator for the whole night, and in the morning they prepare pancakes from it.
