Beef stew with potatoes - a hearty dish for a beloved man

You have to think about preparing a hearty meal for every day, because you really want to feed more delicious. But if a woman has enough salad, then for a man needs a dish more seriously. Here, the beef stew with potatoes will come to the rescue. A simple dish that can be cooked in a hundred different ways. We need the following components: a half-kilogram of beef, a medium-sized onion, two tomatoes, sixty grams of butter or margarine, two hundred grams of mushrooms, ten potato tubers, four cups of broth, greens, salt, red sweet peppers. And on the remaining oil we pass onions, sliced into small slices of tomato. Sprinkle the vegetables with ground sweet pepper. Add water or broth in the frying pan.

Fresh mushrooms are cleaned and cut into pieces. Then add them to the meat. Fill pieces of meat and mushrooms with a mixture of vegetables and stew until the beef is cooked. We cut our meat into small cubes. Onions and carrots are peeled. Bulbs cut into half rings, and from carrots make circles or flowers. In the pot, we add meat, onions, carrots and a few peas. We fill the water so that it completely hides the meat pieces. We put them in a cold oven and heat it up to 180 degrees. Cooking for about half an hour. It's great if you have a convection mode in your oven, then you should cook on it. While meat is being cooked, we clear potatoes and pepper from everything superfluous and cut. We take our pots very carefully. We put in them sliced vegetables, salt, butter and send it back to the oven. This time the dish is prepared for one hour. We serve in pots, sprinkled with chopped greens.

Fans of vegetables and meat should cook a special meat roast. It consists of: six hundred grams of beef and potatoes, two eggplants, carrots, two onions, a glass of red wine and a tablespoon of tomato puree. You can add garlic and hot pepper to your liking. Salt, Lavra, black and red pepper are also needed.

All vegetables are cleaned and cut in random order. Chopped eggplant salt and temporarily set aside. In the cauldron we pour oil and fry the pieces of beef in it until it is crusty. Add the chopped onions and carrots, then fry for a few minutes. Add garlic, hot pepper, spices and tomato puree. In Kazan we pour a glass of wine and two glasses of plain water. The dish must be stewed for at least 40 minutes. We put the potatoes and cook another twenty minutes. While our stew is extinguished, we fry the eggplant in oil in a separate frying pan and add them to the common cauldron. A dish of salt, add the spices and cook for twenty minutes. Now our delicious stew is ready. We lay out on plates and sprinkle with greens.
