Curd cake with cherry

Delicious home pie can only be a homemade cake. But its preparation requires more time, and an appropriate one is needed. Another thing is the pie. It is prepared easily and relatively quickly, depending on the filling, can be either a dessert or a snack. And, of course, no one will argue that an air pie with apples, cherries, cranberries or nuts can collect the whole family for tea.

For certain in each family there are recipes of firm pies. But I want to invite you to prepare a special, incredibly tender and airy dessert - curd cake. However, he also has many options. Let's start with the simplest.

Curd cake: recipe

For the test, you will need:

- 2 cups of flour;
- sugar - 1 glass;
- 200 grams of butter (creamy);
- eggs - 4 pieces;
- baking powder - spoon;
- chocolate (melted) - 80 grams;
- cocoa powder - spoon table;
- salt.

For cream:

- 3/4 cup of granulated sugar;
- 3 tbsp. Tablespoons butter (creamy);
- soft curd - 1/4 cup;
- Orange juice - 2 tbsp. Spoons;
- cocoa powder - 1 table spoon;
- figures from chocolate (hearts and flowers) for decoration.

First you need to mix the sugar with the softened butter, drive in gradually the eggs, pour in the flour, salt and baking powder. Now put aside half the dough, and in the other add cocoa powder and melted chocolate, mix well. Deep form should be oiled, and then sprinkle with flour. Put the dark and light dough in a consistent fashion. You can slightly mix (2-3 movements in a circle with a wooden thin stick).

Bake the dough for about an hour at a temperature of 180 ° C. We take out of the oven, let it cool for 10 minutes in the form and spread.

While the dough cools, we prepare the cream. Pound half a glass of sugar with a soft butter, add orange juice. Now you need to cut the cooled pie horizontally into 3 parts and grease the resulting cream with the lower and medium cake. Cottage cheese should be beaten with the remaining sugar so that a dense mass is obtained. Part of this cream (3/4) will be the top layer of the pie. From the rest with a confectionery bag make roses for decoration, sprinkle the top layer with cocoa powder and decorate with chocolate figures. The air cake curd is ready.

There is an even simpler recipe and more classic, but with some additions. The taste of dessert is completely different.

Curd cake with berries

We will need:

- flour - 2 full glasses;
- 200 grams of butter (creamy);
- 2 eggs;
- granulated sugar - 1 glass;
- cottage cheese - 400 grams;
- baking powder (1: 1: 1 soda, citric acid, starch) - 1 teaspoon;
- Berries (cherries, currants, strawberries, blackberries, can be frozen) - 300 grams.

To begin with, mix with flour and chop the cold butter (so the dough will turn loose). Add baking powder and half a cup of sugar. Now mix the cottage cheese with the remaining sugar and eggs. It is better to mix the mass with a mixer, so that it is airy. Separate 2/3 of the dough and lay it on the bottom of the baking dish. The next layer will be curd mass, on top of it we spread berries. If they are acidic, sprinkle the layer with sugar. On the surface of the cake distribute the remaining dough. Preheat the oven to 180-200 ° C and bake for 40 minutes. Curd cake is ready. You can call the household to the table.

Curd cheese-cherry

And this is my favorite recipe. Ready cake is a wonderful cool dessert. It can be cooked not only in summer, but all year round, using frozen berries.

We will need:

- flour - 200 grams;
- 100 grams of granulated sugar;
- eggs - 3 pieces;
- 100 grams of butter (creamy);
- a half-pack of baking powder;
- 2 bags of vanillin.

For cream:

- 100 grams of cottage cheese;
- cream (25% fat content) - 100 ml;
- a half-pack of creamer;
- cocoa powder - 3 table spoons;
- a glass of cherry;
- chocolate glaze.

Heat the warm butter with vanillin (1 sachet) and sugar, pour eggs and beat. We will sow flour and baking powder here. All mix. Divide the dough into two parts, one of them is put into a mold. In another we add cocoa, mix and also put in the form on the bottom layer. On the test from the top it is desirable to hold several times with a spoon to make a drawing. Cherries need to be covered with a small amount of sugar and put on top of the dough. Bake at 170 ° C for 45 minutes.

Cottage cheese, a bag of vanillin, cream and fixer whisk. Spread a lot of weight on the cooled pie. Top with glaze, you can decorate with cherries.

The pie is ready. It must be kept in the refrigerator for 3 hours to freeze.
