'Zebra': cake in stripsochku

Of course, today in any grocery supermarket you can choose without any problems a beautiful and delicious cake. However, the question is not precisely in the presence of a certain cake, but in general that despite a solid assortment of shops, sometimes it is sometimes more pleasant to make a delicious treat yourself. Especially if this is done for loved ones.

This behavior is typical for a lot of people, women in particular: for themselves to prepare laziness, but for a beloved family, on the contrary, I want to. Today we offer to your attention how to prepare a yummy called "Zebra". Many people tried the cake with this name, but not all the housewives know how to bake it. And absolutely in vain, because it is fast in cooking and yet tasty, and besides it looks nice and appetizing.

To get a delicious "Zebra" - cake in a stripe, in other words - we will need the following list of products:

  • Eggs, pieces 5 (+/- 1);
  • A couple of glasses of sugar (for your taste);
  • One and a half glasses of flour;
  • Two-hundred-gram jar of sour cream (and if you want a puffy pomasslenee, you can take more);
  • Salt a pinch;
  • Half-packs of margarine, or you can replace with butter;
  • One and a half to two tablespoons of cocoa;
  • Two teaspoons of baking powder;
  • One stogram chocolate bar for glaze making.

Half the sugar, i.e. One glass, razotreem with softened margarine, until you get a homogeneous mass. Then separately, beat up the remaining sugar and eggs. Flour, also separately, mixed with baking powder. Now all this is mixed together until a medium density test, one that can be mixed with a spoon almost effortlessly. Part of the work is done, our Zebra will be ready soon. The cake is really tasty and simple, you just need not spoil his lovely stripes.

For this we separate one third of the whole dough, pour cocoa into it and mix it thoroughly. You can use a mixer for this, but it's absolutely not necessary - remember, our mothers and grandmothers perfectly baked this cake without any kitchen appliances.

Next, you need to take a shape that is oiled. First we pour into it two tablespoons of simple dough, then one spoon of chocolate. We repeat. We repeat again. And so - until the dough is over. The measure "1 spoon - 2 spoons" is not necessary, it is important only to observe the proportion one to two, and the width of the strips you determine yourself, at your discretion. Next, at a temperature of 180-200 C, the future "Zebra" is baked. The cake will be ready in about 40-45 minutes, it remains only to break into cubes chocolate and melt it in a water bath, and then water the "Zebra" with the resulting glaze. In addition, you can decorate it with grated white chocolate.

You can also take on the option such as "Zebra" on kefir. To do this, take a glass of kefir, add a teaspoon of soda. Now you need to stir before forming a foam. Then add the pre-melted margarine in a water bath, mix it. There we drive 3 eggs, mixed with 300 g of sugar. When the mass becomes homogeneous, add two or two and a half cups of flour.

Then everything is done in the same way as for the usual Zebra, only divide the dough into three parts (although this is to your taste) and the baking time is reduced by 5-10 minutes. You can pour the same glaze from the chocolate bar, or make a mixture of butter and condensed milk with a mixer - an excellent cream will turn out. The proportion is one to one.

There are also Zebra biscuits, the same striped. It can not be said that it is very different from simple cookies, however, people often tend to chase the assortment, and therefore it is more interesting for them to buy or prepare something non-uniform.

If you want to treat guests or loved ones with something sweet, bring the atmosphere of the holiday into an ordinary dinner, just bake a striped cake. As it was possible to notice, the ingredients in it are the simplest, and it does not last long.
