At this stage, the remaining products are added to the billet: 2-3 tablespoons butter, several handfuls of washed and dried raisins, 100 grams of crushed candied pieces. Again, the semi-finished curd cheese from the cottage cheese must be mixed to distribute the components evenly. Pour vanillin, stir, warm 5 minutes in a water bath. At the end of the preparation, the entire cheese mass is laid out on the dish, a cone is formed from it with a spoon and spatula, placed for half an hour in a cool place. The finished curd cottage cheese is poured with sweet and sour berry syrup or a mixture of syrup and sour cream and is served to the table.

Curd with cumin

By analogy with the method of preparation described above, it is possible to make one more delicacy, only not with raisins, but with cumin. We think that it will appeal to those who are wondering how to make curd cottage cheese from cottage cheese with herbs and spices. The sour milk product (500 g) is prepared as in the first recipe. It warms up, salt, grinded herbs and 3 tablespoons of butter are added to it. Then the workpiece is removed from the fire, cooled. 15 g of caraway are poured into the curd mass , finely chopped dill greens, extruded garlic (3-4 cloves), a little black pepper. You still need to knead and cool in a cool place. Sprinkled with a dressing sauce of mayonnaise and mustard, served as a hot appetizer.

For a new dish you will need: 300 g cottage cheese, a glass of flour, 3-4 tablespoons of sugar, a peel half a large lemon, 50-60 gr. Cream, 2 eggs, a little salt. Curd is crushed. Yolks and egg proteins are separated. Yolks are put immediately in cottage cheese, sugar and salt, vanillin, lemon peel are poured in there, cream is poured in, everything mixes well. Separately, you need to whip the proteins into a thick foam and gently mix with the curd mass. Put it on a baking tray, put in a warm oven, bake until golden brown.

Serve with a cucumber and radish salad with sour cream and green onions, served according to Hungarian customs.
