Technology in each case is very different, a variety of components are taken. Surprisingly, but very often an interesting recipe for bailis at home makes it possible to make a drink that is almost the same as the original.

One of the easiest ways of cooking is to take 4 teaspoons of coffee, 1 liter of vodka and 2 cans of condensed milk. All ingredients are thoroughly mixed, it is best to use a mixer for these purposes. Then everything is poured into the storage tank and left for an infusion for an hour and a half. Once again, everything is shaken up and put in the refrigerator for an hour. If there is no time limit, then you can use the original bailiys recipe at home, close to this liquor. For this option, the following products will be needed: a condensed milk bank, one liter of cream of 10%, 2 teaspoons of instant coffee, about 400 ml of vodka or 60% alcohol, a little vanilla and cinnamon on the tip of the knife, one tablespoon of vanilla sugar, one-third of a teaspoonful Ginger, 4 tablespoons of sugar, a teaspoon of chopped oak bark, 2 teaspoons of honey, 2 yolks.

Now you need to make an alcohol base of liquor. To do this, fry the sugar in a frying pan, like candy, to an amber color, try not to burn it. This recipe for bailis at home requires accurate cooking. Now mix vodka with vanilla, honey, ginger, cinnamon, oak bark, vanillin and sugar. We insist on the basis for 7 days, periodically shake, after filtering. For filtering, you can use a cotton cloth or gauze, folded 2 or 3 times.

Now you need to whip the cream and 2 egg yolks. Next, the coffee is dissolved in a minimum amount of water and added to the mixture, continuing to whisk. Add the condensed milk, alcohol base, vanilla sugar and once again whisk. The resulting mixture is left to stand for another 5 days. Now once again we filter and pour on the bottles, the drink is ready. Store the liquor in a cool, dark place to improve its taste.

You can also prepare a lot of interesting cocktails with the use of bailis. For example, mix in a shaker or, if there is no shaker, then in a blender, crushed ice and bailis. This option will be ideal for a hot summer day. Another known method, when mixed in equal proportions of espresso coffee, warm milk and bailis. Two of these cocktails are classic options for using the drink.
