After boiling the water, pour the sugar into the saucepan. Again, we are waiting for the boiling of sweet syrup and the complete dissolution of sugar grains. We reduce the fire to an average and fill the apples with water. Cook them for 10 minutes and add plum halves. We bring the compote to a boil and cook for 3-4 minutes, removing the resulting foam.

Cook the compote covered with a lid and cool in a cool place.

With boiling syrup pour the fruit in a jar and leave to stand under the closed lid for 10 minutes.

Then syrup from the jar is poured into a saucepan and boiled for 1 minute.

You do not need to sterilize the banks, but you'll have to rinse well. It's in your best interests. Put the iron covers in boiling water for a few seconds. It would be enough.

We put the prepared fruit in cans and pour boiling water to the top. We cover cans with tin covers, but do not roll yet. Let's brew for 3-7 minutes.

We pour water from the cans back into the pan, add the sugar and bring it to a boil. Drizzle the syrup again pour the fruit. Banks roll, turn over the lid and hide under the fur coat.
