Traditional Recipe

Main Ingredients:

  • Fruits of sea-buckthorn (500 grams);
  • Water (550 grams);
  • Granulated sugar (450 grams).

Cooking method

Fruits of sea-buckthorn berries, remove from the pedicels. Then wash in cold water. Throw it on the sieve. We are now preparing sugar syrup. Take the pan, pour the water and add the sugar. Main Ingredients:

Cooking method

Cooking method

My apples, we clean from the core (you can also peel the peel). We cut into slices. In boiling water about five minutes blanch. Then immediately pour cold. We select large, hard and mature hips. Remove the pedicel. Cut the berry in half and cleanse the seeds and hairs carefully. If the fruits are small, it is better not to cut them in half, but to put them all in one piece. I wash my sea-buckthorn and remove the stems. Sterilize the banks. Apples, dog-rose and sea-buckthorn are stacked in layers. We seal it. Fill with hot syrup. Pasteurize the banks. We roll it up.
