Cut the chicken into portions. Rinse them and dry them. Preheat a spoonful of vegetable oil in a frying pan. Fry the meat on all sides for several minutes. Transfer the prepared pieces into a deep, heat-resistant saucepan, season with pepper and salt.

  • A glass of washed rice (about 200 grams);
  • A few spoons of soy sauce;
  • A packet (200 grams) of cream;
  • Salt, pepper, saffron.
