Salad "Rose": a recipe. How to prepare a salad "Rosa"?

By the holiday mistresses always try to cook something unusual and surprising. Salad "Rose" is just the option that can please both guests and domestic. There are a lot of cooking options, but the most important is the decoration, not the ingredients.

This recipe is somewhat different from the one that is used to cook in every second kitchen in Russia. Salad "Rose" in this case will be decorated differently, but the ingredients can be left the same. Required:

This option is suitable for those who prefer fish and seafood to meat. Salad "Rose", the recipe of which will be described below, is collected similarly to the previous one, but the ingredients are somewhat different. So, the components:

  • Preserves or lightly salted herring;
  • Squid rings marinated;
  • Mussels;
  • Shrimp;
  • Boiled beets (2-3 pieces, depending on the size);
  • Salt to taste;
  • mayonnaise;
  • onion;
  • greenery;
  • Boiled potatoes (a pair of medium tubers).

The peculiarity of this salad is that it is very nutritious, does not require filing to any garnish or hot. He can quite act as an independent dish. Everything is prepared very simply: shrimps are boiled and cut in half, squid, potatoes, mussels, herring and one beet are finely chopped. Onions, so as not to be bitter, you can scald with boiling water, then add to the prepared ingredients. Everything is mixed, the greens are cut, dressed with mayonnaise. Such salad "Rose" will appeal to the guests not only in appearance, but also will surprise with the taste and originality. You will like even the most demanding. It is noteworthy that it is also a kind of salad with pancakes, because they are part of it. Will be required for preparation:

  • Chicken fillet (breast, for example) boiled;
  • Cut mushrooms canned;
  • Hard cheese;
  • Pancakes thin, but not sweet;
  • Boiled beets;
  • Boiled eggs (3-4 pieces);

How to make pancakes for salad

Quite fit and ready-made, semi-finished products, but not sweet, thin, easily defrosted. We can do them ourselves if there is a simple set of products at hand:

  • A glass of warm milk without foam;
  • A glass of warm boiled water;
  • Slightly more than a glass of flour (sifted);
  • Salt and a pinch of sugar;
  • Vegetable oil (2-3 small spoons);
  • 2 chicken eggs.

The dough is kneaded in the usual way. It is undesirable to have lumps in it, so you need to mix thoroughly, and apply flour in small portions. Bake pancakes in a hot frying pan or pancake until cooked. They must be thin, but not torn.

Filling for salad

Preparation does not take much time, but during this interval pancakes will have time to cool down a little. All the previously prepared ingredients will be laid out in layers. Mixed in one mass chicken, eggs, greens, garlic, nuts put on the bottom of the plate. Abundantly all smeared with mayonnaise. Top spread cheese and beets, but not all, but only a certain amount.
