Necessary ingredients for the cake:

  • Egg whites - 8 pcs .;
  • Sand sugar - 220 g;
  • Table salt;
  • Walnuts, fried and peeled - 175 g;
  • Cinnamon - 1 pinch;
  • Wheat flour - 3 large full spoons.

  • Butter fresh (melted) - 300 g;
  • Vanillin - 15 g;
  • Jam apricot - 2 large spoons.

Process of preparation of a cream

The presented dessert has a rather unusual cream, but thanks to it you will get a gentle and tasty cake "Esterhazy". The recipe for its preparation includes the following steps: it is necessary to beat the mixer with cow and coconut milk (one third), add sugar, yolks and vanillin to them. After that, the remaining milk drink should be slightly heated, and then pour a previously prepared mixture into it in a thin trickle and place it in the refrigerator for 1 hour. At this time, you should beat the melted butter together with the condensed milk and vodka. Next, both masses must be combined and mixed with a mixer.

Formation of dessert

The cake "Esterhazy", the recipe of which is considered in this article, should be formed as follows: abundantly cover with cream every cake, alternately laying them on a flat plate.
