More interesting: the residents of the house appealed to the court with a demand to consider the refusal of reconstruction illegal and ... won. This is understandable, because the house will be gasified at the expense of HBC, will replace all communications, and under the noise to get repairs in the apartment is not superfluous. As a result, there are two court decisions, one requires to demolish the building, the second in fact canceled the basis of the first court, but the decision must be executed. So, the bailiff service enters into the game, initiates a criminal case on the fact of non-enforcement of the court decision and approves the plan for the parsing of the building. The administration of the Gurievsky district suggests: BUILDING THE BUILDING, AND THEN ZANOVA TO BUILD! That's really true: "Round we carry, square we roll". And in fact, officials are acting within the law, although everyone agrees that this is not entirely logical. And after all, the "unauthorized" construction corresponds to all town-planning norms, as there is a document, and the expertise with the conclusion that it is impossible to demolish the building is, because the house can become emergency and the residents will have to settle into a maneuverable fund. And there are no members of HBC in the reserve of several million for the analysis of apartments.

Already more than half of apartment owners joined our HBC, even former opponents. So it turns out such a legal collapse, only people do not see the papers behind the papers ...
