Speech is the engine of sales

In any business, the following formula works: "More communication -> More customers -> More money." Many businessmen, knowing how communication works, use this tool to attract money for the full benefit for their benefit. But just talking is not enough - you need to have an idea of human psychology. Look at the clients, study them, predict their behavior. And always remember that, perhaps, what you are telling them for an hour and a half already, they may not be of any interest at all, and you, in spite of all your efforts, are simply wasting precious time.

Correctly built communication is the key to success. But how often do businessmen ignore this key without improving their skills. Robert Kiyosaki in one of his books commented on this disregard for the self-development of businessmen in this field: "Poor people can not communicate". Note that for Robert, a businessman who does not know how to communicate is a poor man (in other words, a failed businessman).

Speech is such a hobby, without which the business will inevitably crumble after a certain amount of time. Without competent communication, business is very difficult:

  • To hold worthy positions in the market;
  • To find common language with competitors;
  • To get along with other organizations directly related to business in one way or another.

What worries a novice businessman?

In the mind of a beginner entrepreneur, at the start of the coming changes, something unimaginable is often created. "Attract as much money as possible" - a similar idea pursues him, resting neither day nor night. Not having time to gain experience, he passionately wants to break a big and fat kush. And this is his first huge mistake, which in most cases runs down from the heavens to hard ground.

Where is the mistake?

Before learning how to attract capital, it is necessary to realize that this skill is built up of small pieces of knowledge of other subjects. Speaking figuratively, you need to go in small steps, and not jump like a kangaroo - otherwise you will achieve a little. And the match is one of many steps, but very weighty.

What will it take for a beginner and not yet experienced entrepreneur? There is no concrete answer that everyone will understand, as you understand. Below is a list of all the necessary directions in which a businessman should be developed at a sufficiently high level in order to achieve a high level using a match. Examples:

  • marketing;
  • Sales;
  • advertising;
  • conversation;
  • Public speaking ;
  • Attraction of funds.

Note that each of the listed items requires communication skills, thereby reaffirming the fact that the match is an important element of the business. Robert Kiyosaki on this occasion says the following: "This skill [communication] is worth it every year to perfect it, what I do when attending seminars".

How to develop oratory skills?

If you are not yet the owner of a large business, but only strive for this goal, try your hand at network marketing. The selling match is a skill, backed up only by experience, therefore, when getting a job in such a company, do not chase only high wages. There you will learn all about your abilities both in communication and in sales. At the present time, there is a huge number of organizations that train marketing for their new employees. In most cases, such organizations are ready to offer well-developed programs for sales and, accordingly, for communication.

A real businessman is a professional orator who easily fascinates the public, and no matter how many pairs of eyes he looks at and listens with interest (even if it is tens of thousands). Fear is the main obstacle on this difficult path, and few know how to overcome it, and if they do, they do not even try. Overcoming this disease, persuading people to go and buy one or another product will be extremely simple. The main thing is to remember: the buyer is thirsty, and often he does it without realizing it. And all that remains is to only push him to commit a profitable act for you.
