8. The main food in the diet should be natural and raw: fruits, seeds, seeds, vegetables, fruits, nuts.

Therefore, it is better to eat them separately with nuts, meat, poultry, fish, milk. It is considered unacceptable to use them with bread and grain.

13. The diet of raw foods is the healthiest food according to the 13th rule of healthy nutrition. Those who can not follow this diet should learn how to cook meals in such a way as to cause the least damage to products. For example, the cooking time should not be large, and combine several types of products.

If there are such diseases as gastritis, ulcer, cholecystitis, intestinal cancer, then boiled food is combined with tea on the basis of rose hips, persimmons, raspberries, black currant leaves or freshly prepared juices.
