Lenten patties can also be prepared from carrots. This will take no more than half an hour. For this we will need products such as corn flour, oat flakes, carrots, olive oil, sugar, salt, vanillin and, if desired, sesame seeds. From this set of products you can take even two useful dishes: carrot juice and vegetable patties.

We run the carrot through the juicer, add a little olive oil to the juice and the drink is ready. And carrot cake mix with corn flour, oatmeal, vegetable oil. All this is solim and saccharim. Mix and from the finished mass we make beautiful medium-sized cutlets. Then they need to boil in a steamer for 25-30 minutes. But if you do not have a steamer in the kitchen, do not get discouraged: you can do the same in a frying pan.

When the lean cutlets from carrots are ready, we arrange them on a large dish and sprinkle with the overcooked sesame seeds. It remains only to choose a suitable fill. Suitable honey and jam.
