Broccoli cabbage soup

Puree soups are an option for those who do not like cooked pieces of vegetables in the first dish. And this, as practice shows, is not only for small children, but for adults too. Prepare soup, which will please the household. You will need: broccoli, onion, butter, broth, flour, green onions, cream, salt, nutmeg, pepper. Fry onions. Pre-cut it into small pieces of any shape. Broccoli broth either in meat broth or in plain water. Stir several spoons of flour in melted butter. Pour in half a cup of cream. In a saucepan with broth, put onion, flour sauce, salt, add a nutmeg nut and a little pepper. Cook on low heat, then use a submerged blender to make the soup puree. Then pour in it half a glass of cream. Bring to a boil and remove from the plate. Let the soup brew, then sprinkle with chopped green onions and serve to the table.

Soups with cabbage: broccoli and grated cheese soup

Another delicious way of making cabbage soup. Use: broccoli, onions, carrots, garlic, broth (chicken, vegetable), milk (cream), flour, cheese, salt, pepper, vegetable oil. Warm the oil in a saucepan. Fry in it pre-grated carrots and chopped onions. Put the broccoli, pour the broth and wait for the boil. After that, cook soup for another 10 minutes. In a separate container, gently mix a couple of spoons of flour with milk or cream. Try not to make lumps. For this, the liquid should be introduced into the flour, and not vice versa. Pour the resulting mixture into the soup. The more you put the flour, the thicker your dish will be. Add salt, add pepper, chopped garlic. Wait for the soup to boil, and remove from heat. Use a submersible blender. In a hot dish, spilled in portions, a dish, add grated cheese. On top, lightly sprinkle it with paprika and decorate with a green twig

Soup with beans and cabbage

Do not just stop for broccoli soups. An excellent option is the usual white cabbage. With it you can cook not only traditional soup and borsch, but also a lot of other first courses. Take: beans (red, white), potatoes, cabbage, onions, carrots, vegetable oil, tomato paste, spices (marjoram, laurel, salt, pepper), greens. In soups with cabbage, you can add Bulgarian pepper, tomatoes. It all depends on what you love. For this, beans should be soaked in advance. There is another option - the use of a canned product. This recipe is from fresh beans. Stuff the string beans in a pan, pour water. As the liquid boils - remove the foam and add salt. Brew for half an hour. Potatoes cut into cubes, add to the pan. Chop the cabbage after it. You can make a frying of onions and carrots, and you can put grated vegetables in raw form. Our soup will be cooked. Heat the oil, save the onions in it first, then add the carrots. As the vegetables are well fried, put 2 spoons of tomato paste and water in the frying pan to stir. Steep all the products on fire. Put the frying in a saucepan with soup. Add the condiments. The soup should stand for several minutes on fire. The dish in the plates sprinkle with chopped herbs.
