Composition

- three hundred grams of sugar;

- a glass of sour cream;

- about four hundred grams of flour;

- One hundred grams of butter;

- four eggs;

- two full tablespoons of cocoa;

- half a teaspoon of baking soda;

- a tablespoon of vinegar;

- three tablespoons of ground walnuts.

Preparation

  1. Carefully separate the egg whites from the yolks. Last rub together with half the sugar to whiteness. Whisk the whites into a firm foam.
  2. Mix the other part of the sugar with the softened butter. Add sour cream and soda, slaked with vinegar.
  3. In the resulting mixture, carefully enter the yolk and protein masses. After stirring to homogeneity, start pouring in the flour and slowly whisking with a fork or whisk until the desired density is obtained.
  4. Divide the dough into two equal parts. Add cocoa to one of them.
  5. In a form lubricated with oil, start alternately laying in the middle of the dark and light masses - two tablespoons. When filling, the mixture will gradually spread, forming circles.   6. After filling the form, put it in a preheated oven for forty to fifty minutes. Check the readiness by piercing a wooden stick in the middle of the cake. If it is dry - the cake is ready.

The composition of the ingredients with this method of preparation is somewhat altered. Whip together three eggs, half a jar of condensed milk, and a half cup of sour cream, about one hundred and fifty grams of sugar and a teaspoon of soda (quicklime).
