Weight Reduction: Cause of Errors

Fighting overweight for many becomes a matter of life. However, the process aimed at reducing weight, always comes with varying success and invariably comes to the starting point. First, the sufferer to lose weight chooses a diet, then, overcoming himself, heroically withstands it (or does not stand it), fixes weight loss (or reproaches himself for weakness), but gradually returns to the usual way of life and again gaining weight. Then everything repeats itself. A new search for a diet is starting, more effective and modern. So the fight against excess weight stretches for many years, but the person does not even think about changing tactics.

Meanwhile, nutritionists have long known that a diet, as a temporary measure, is able to give only temporary results: when a person returns to the habitual way of life (and nutrition), the weight returns to the starting point. Therefore, to effectively lose weight without re-gaining weight, you need to change your lifestyle. This means that you need to develop a habit of proper nutrition and regular physical activity. But what is proper nutrition?
The correct nutrition is balanced in quantity and quality. First, the food should be healthy and full. And this means that all foods of fast food, fatty, floury, sweet, smoked should be excluded from the diet. For a sample of proper nutrition, you can take a Mediterranean diet, which in its essence is not a diet, but a way of life. It includes a large number of vegetables and fruits, fish, lean meats, greens and a limited intake of fats and carbohydrates. This diet is characteristic, for example, for Italy, where the number of complete people is significantly less than in America.
The second principle of proper nutrition is the balance in quantity. It means that the amount of calories that you consume should not exceed the number of calories you consume. Weight reduction will not be long in coming if you keep this balance. But unfortunately, the way of life of modern people is associated with chronic hypodynamia. Absence of physical exertion, we pay for technical progress, which facilitated our life. The way out of this situation is one: if you move little, you should consume fewer calories. Or compensate them with physical exertion (for example, classes in the gym). A modern woman who is not engaged in manual labor, on average, needs no more than 2500 kcal. This is not more than two plates of food during the day (including snacks). All that is consumed above this amount is put aside in extra pounds, and weight loss becomes impossible.
There is one more serious reason, because of which weight reduction turns into an impossible task. This is the work of our subconscious, in which the image of the bbw has firmly sat down. To increase the weight can lead and various psychological problems (for example, uncertainty a sense of fear and insecurity, boredom, etc.). Therefore, visiting a psychotherapist for someone who wants to lose weight is as compulsory as visiting a nutritionist.

Thus, the weight loss forum should look like this: a balanced diet plus physical exertion plus a solution to psychological problems that prevent weight loss.
