Rye bran has a choleretic effect, stabilize the amount of sugar in the blood, remove slags, reduce cholesterol, stop the feeling of hunger, helping to fight bulimia.
The cereal from which this product is made is saturated with Group B vitamins, amino acids, vitamins A and E, as well as a huge amount of minerals: selenium, chromium, magnesium, iron, iodine and potassium. In addition, it contains an order of less gluten than in wheat grains, but the amount of protein rye is not inferior to the noble "white" cereal. Rye bran is a source of polyunsaturated fatty acids, which are the most powerful antioxidants.
Doctors and nutritionists do not advise too much to get involved in this product - it can lead to bloating, exacerbation of certain bowel diseases, and hypovitaminosis. In order to start eating rye bran, start with a small portion of the product soaked in water. Further, the gruel can be added to various dishes. Over time, you can eat bran with yogurt, yogurt or use instead of crackers for tea.
