If you prefer fried mushrooms, then try this recipe. For 400 g of Korean carrots, take 300 g of champignons fried in butter. All combine together and season with mayonnaise. To this option, chicken meat (approximately 1 breast) is also suitable.

Puffed salads with Korean carrots

Do you like Mimosa? If so, then try her original version with a piquant carrot in Korean. Chop a can of sardines with a fork and place the fish on an oval dish. One onion, sliced with thin rings, pour boiling water and add a little sugar - this is necessary so that the onion is not bitter. Boiled in a uniform 3 potatoes cool and grate. Separately on a fine grater, grind 5 proteins and 5 yolks. Do the same with hard cheese (about 150 g). Finely cut a bunch of dill.

Now lay the components of the lettuce in such a sequence on the fish, without forgetting to smear them with mayonnaise: onions, potatoes, Korean carrots (about 150 g), grated egg whites, canned corn, cheese. Decorate the salad with a twig of mimosa. Whole branches of dill spread on the surface of the dish in the form of leaves and pour the chips of egg yolks in the form of inflorescences. This salad will amaze everyone with its unusual and beautiful.
