However, it is really a light salad, the recipe is very simple, and the secret is that the skins are removed from the chicken breast, which contains huge amounts of fat and kilocalories, so, after its removal, only white dietary meat remains.

Ingredients:


- 900 g fillets of fresh chicken breast;
- Five quail eggs;
- 12 cherry tomatoes;
- sour little apple;
- a pair of leaves of lettuce;

- 30 ml of unsweetened yogurt;
- 30 ml of tomato paste;
- 13 ml of cognac;
- large salt and spices to taste.

- 330 g of fresh large shrimp;
- 220 g of crab straws;
- 110 g of cheese of solid varieties;
