To start mozzarella you need to cut into cubes. Tomatoes should be ground exactly the same way. You can, of course, take small cherry tomatoes. In this case, they are simply divided in half. Avocado should be completely cleaned. Separate from the stone and grind it into random pieces.

Strawberry salad with mozzarella

Very original is a salad with strawberries. He is slightly sweet, which gives him a special charm. However, this is a fairly satisfying version of the dish. For preparation, you need balsamic vinegar (3 tablespoons), olive oil (5 spoons), sugar powder (1 spoon), 1 onion, 200 grams of ham, mozzarella (400 g), strawberries (300 g), rucola, black pepper. Everything is prepared very simply.

In a small cup mixed vinegar, powder, olive oil and onions, which are previously cut into half rings. From above all this is peppered with a small pinch of pepper. While this mixture is insisted, you can begin to create the main part of the salad.

Strawberry is crushed with thin plastics, rucola breaks into large parts. In this form, these ingredients also fall into the marinade. Meat and cheese, cut into cubes, are laid out in plates, and on top of them is laid out a pickled mixture. The remaining sauce is poured on top of the dish.
