Treatment of gastritis with high acidity

Gastritis is a painful disease in which the gastric mucosa becomes inflamed. It is established that often inflammation is provoked by the causative agent Helicobacter pylori, but the disease develops only against the background of unfavorable factors. These include:

• Unbalanced or improper meals: snacks, fast food, soda, too spicy or overly spicy food, overeating or starvation, etc.

• Prolonged taking of medicines

• Physical or mental stress, stress

• Loss of peace of mind

Gastritis can be acute. They first arise suddenly, last not for long, but very violently. Chronic seizures can be repeated infrequently, but systematically. An untreated acute form always turns into a chronic one.

Gastritis is the most common stomach disease. Half of the earth population is familiar with them.

Untimely treatment of gastritis with high acidity can lead to gastric oncology or gastric bleeding.

Gastritis can occur against a background of insufficient or, conversely, high acidity. High acidity is characterized by "hungry" pain that occurs if a person makes too long breaks between meals. Usually, the pain becomes less or completely passes, it is only the sick snack or a tight meal. With a stronger lesion of the mucous there may be nausea, an unpleasant, with a sharp smell of belching, heartburn. If timely treatment of chronic gastritis with high acidity is late, then vomiting, constipation, general weakness may occur. Sometimes this condition leads to a sharp change in pressure, and severe pain can provoke a faint.

Treatment of gastritis with high acidity is impossible without a diet. This is the very first recommendation that the gastroenterologist should offer. During this disease, gastroenterologists advise:

• Categorically remove fried from your diet

• Do not eat spicy food: exclude seasonings, spices, smoked products, salt

• Cooking soups from any product, but so that the broth is not greasy

• Eat foods in boiled form, and it is best to cook mashed potatoes

• Strictly exclude alcohol, fresh baked goods

• Do not consume vegetables and fruits with skin

• Discard radishes, radishes, onions, grapes, other products that raise acidity

• Eat regularly, avoiding intervals between meals exceeding four hours

Treatment of gastritis with high acidity is reduced to neutralization of hydrochloric acid, in excess formed in the body. At the first stages of the disease the doctor prescribes maalox, phosphalogel, which reduce acidity and stop belching with heartburn. To increase the motor functions of the stomach, can be prescribed motilium, gastropharm, carnitine or other drugs. For the healing of ulcers that occur with a prolonged course of the disease, it may be recommended to use solcoseryl.

It is very important to remember that an independent selection of a medicine can lead to a worsening of the condition.

Treatment of gastritis with high acidity is impossible without resting, eliminating stressful situations, compliance with the regime.

Treatment of gastritis with low acidity means taking drugs and nutrition, aimed at increasing acidity. Therefore, a diet with such a deviation will be different. Such patients are advised to eat:

• Soups with cereals, vegetables, cooked on weak broths

• Products from sour milk

• Dried bread and pastries

• Fried foods with a minimum amount of fat and no crust

Compliance with the regime is important for such patients.

Atrophic gastritis with low acidity is an autoimmune disease in which the body begins to attack not harmful bacteria, but cells of its own organism. As a result, the papillae that secrete gastric juice can completely be atrophied. After eating in the stomach, there are unpleasant sensations ("a stone in the stomach"), vomiting, diarrhea, the smell of rot in the mouth, eructation, flatulence can occur. Often there are headaches, weakness, tachycardia, dizziness. The disease affects the nails and hair, making them brittle, dull, and the skin - dry, painful. This condition requires immediate diagnosis and treatment.

In order to establish a diagnosis, gastroenterologists prescribe fibrogastroscopy, esophagogastroduodenoscopy, examination of the stomach using X-rays or ultrasound. To establish the type of gastritis, analyzes of gastric secretion are carried out, and in chronic course, a biopsy of the stomach or a newest noninvasive test for urease respiration is recommended.

Gastritis is one of many diseases that is treated long and hard, and its prevention does not require special efforts.
