If it is more important for the family to return the money, live in a developed infrastructure (so that there is a garden, a school, shops, entertainment and training centers nearby), then it is better to look for IZHS sites. If, however, there is no fundamental difference in you for what purpose your land has, if it was inherited or donated from your parents, then the agricultural land will be suitable for living. You can register as a house built in the SNT, DNT, and IZHS. Legislation is not directly prohibited.

And the last formal procedure: both in the case of IZHS, and in the case of construction on the grounds in DNP or SNT, state registration of rights to the construction object is required. For this, the technical and cadastral passports for the building are ordered in the inventory office (BTI) . A specialist comes to the place, makes measurements, after which, after a certain time (speed depends on the amount of payment), you will receive the necessary documents. With them and a certificate of the right to land, as well as with a passport and permission to commission, you need to go to the registration authority. You can sign up through the Internet, if there is such a service in your city, or directly on the electronic line, as is done today in banks.

Thus, the abbreviation IZHS (decoding it) says not only about the appointment of land, but also about a certain order of construction, fixed in the legislation. At the same time, the construction of a private home for permanent residence on the grounds of a horticultural partnership or a holiday home is much easier and does not require the observance of restrictions in the size of the house. Even the only negative - the lack of a nearby infrastructure - for many is a big plus, namely for those who prefer the countryside silence of the city vanity.
