Composition:

Tomatoes should be washed thoroughly and dried with a paper towel. Cut them into halves or quarters, depending on the size of the tomatoes. Then remove the seeds. Now take a baking sheet and cover it with baking paper, on which to lay the pieces of tomatoes. You can spread them tightly, as in the process of cooking tomatoes will decrease in size. After that, sprinkle with salt, pepper. For each piece, add olive oil, then place in the oven, heated to 75 degrees. The door of the oven should be kept open at the beginning of cooking. Then put in it a couple of cloves of garlic, a couple of branches of rosemary and other herbs to taste. Fill the jar with tomatoes for a third and again place the herbs, salt, spices. Then pour a little more oil, again put the tomatoes, herbs, spices, until the pot is full. Then a little bit of tomatoes, but you do not need to squeeze them. It is very important to fill them with oil so that they are completely covered. This is to ensure that tomatoes last longer and do not deteriorate. Now close the jar with a clean lid and place in a cool place, preferably dark. Can be stored in the refrigerator.
