Cooking dough

  1. First we will make a spoon from one large spoonful of dry fast yeast, a spoonful of sugar and a third of a glass of flour, diluted with water (it should be taken just over a glass - 300 ml). All carefully mix broom. The water must be clean and warm. After that, the bowl with the mixture is tightened with food film and set aside in heat. There the opara should stand for at least half an hour, or better - forty-five minutes.
  2. When the opara has risen (this will be expressed visually in the form of a kind of a cap), we introduce the remaining ingredients for our test: one egg, half a glass of sugar, three with a glass of wheat flour. Everything must be carefully mixed into the dough. It should not be too thick or too liquid. When we are sure that there are no lumps, we again close the dough with food film and put the bowl aside, into the heat. There, let it rise for about an hour and a half. Preparation of the filling
