Holiday salad, recipe number 1

To make it, you need five hundred grams of squid, two hundred grams of crab meat or sticks, four egg whites, one hundred grams of red caviar (you can take an analog), fifty grams of shrimp for decoration and mayonnaise.

Slightly thaw the squid carcasses and remove the film from them. Peeled meat is cut into strips and boiled in salted boiling water for about five minutes. Throw the squid into a colander and cool it down.

Boil the eggs and, after cooling, cleanse the shell. Separate the protein and cut it into pieces.

Crab meat is finely chopped. Boil the shrimps and remove the shell from them.

In a bowl, mix protein, squid, crab meat and almost all the red caviar, leaving it for a bit on the decoration. We dress the salad with mayonnaise and put it in a prepared salad bowl. We level the surface with a spoon. In the center we lay out the remains of red caviar with a small hill, around which we have shrimps in the shape of a flower. It is possible to make a fringing with chopped herbs of dill.

Holiday salad, recipe number 2

Salad "Vulcan" will be to taste for men. It is prepared only from three main components, and the taste turns out to be unusual and very pleasant. We will need three hundred grams of beef, four medium pickled cucumbers and one hundred gram grams of ketchup.

Boil the beef until ready. During cooking, add to the broth bay leaf, black pepper, salt and two cloves of garlic. Cook for about an hour, after which we take out a piece of meat and cool it.

Marinated cucumbers and beef are cut into strips of the same size. Take the portioned flat plates and put a serving of lettuce on each. First we put beef in the form of a slide. Top with a layer of pickled (or fresh) cucumbers, and pour the top of our "volcano" with sharp ketchup, creating streams of hot lava.

Holiday salad, recipe number 3

This salad is not only suitable for celebrations, but it will be a pleasant surprise on a weekday. For its preparation, you need to prepare five hundred grams of fresh cabbage, two carrots, a green apple, two hundred grams of various dried fruits (dried apricots, raisins of several kinds, prunes, dates), lemon juice, salt, mayonnaise and pepper.

Soak all the dried fruits in boiling water for at least half an hour. During this time they are thoroughly soaked and will increase in size.

Cut cabbage with the finest straw. Carrots are cleaned and let through the grater for Korean salads. We combine cabbage and carrots, lightly salt and knead until the formation of juice. We squeeze half a lemon into a bowl and mix it with sugar. We pour this mixture on the cabbage. Dried fruits are crushed and added to the salad. We peel the apple from the peel and rub it with straw, then add it to the salad. Ready dish mixed with mayonnaise and cleaned in the refrigerator to infuse for an hour.
