Consider the simplest way of how to make ice cream at home. To do this you will need cream with a high percentage of fat, condensed milk and milk chocolate. Whip 600 milliliters of cream and 400 grams of condensed milk with a mixer. If you use milk or low-fat cream, the mass will not break to the desired puffiness, and the consistency will not be exactly what you need, so the cream should be necessarily 33%. After that, melt the chocolate bar and add a little to the mixture. Thoroughly mix and send to the freezer - you can enjoy the coolness after three hours.
