Cake 'Smile of a Negro'

When you want something sweet - it's time to bake a cake "Smile of a Negro". This cake is perfect for lovers of chocolate baking.

So, we need 2 eggs, 3 packets of sour cream (600 ml), half a kilogram of sugar (half of which goes for cream), 50 grams of butter, cocoa (the amount is optional), 300 grams of wheat flour (preferably top grade), a pack of vanillin, Pinch of soda. Cake "Smile of a Negro" according to this recipe is easy and airy.

Eggs and sugar whisk, add sour cream (1 packet), softened butter, vanillin and again all beat up with a mixer. Next, add cocoa, soda and flour. The dough turns out to be of medium consistency. Form for baking grease with vegetable oil, pour out our chocolate dough and bake in the oven. Pre-warm it up. The cake is baked for about half an hour, sometimes a little longer. In general, the cake "Smile of the Negro" I really like, because it is simple to prepare and it turns out very tasty.

Now you can start whipping the cream. We combine sugar, sour cream (the remaining 2 packs) and mix with a mixer until a thick, mouth-watering mass forms. The cream is ready.

Then divide it along into two thin cakes.

To make a cream, you need to whip the cream of sugar to a strong foam. Then take our cakes, promazyvaem their cream and give impregnated for 2 hours. After the cake has softened, you can decorate the top. In summer, various berries are saved, such as strawberries, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries. Very effective looks garden strawberries, the more so, the cream we have whipped cream, here as nowhere will suit a strawberry. Well, I'm ready for the cake "Negro in foam". For interlayer instead of whipped cream you can use another cream. For example, condensed milk and butter. Take a jar of condensed milk, add grams of 100 softened butter, all beat to a soft lush mass, add a lot of vanillin. The cream is ready.

Often I have tried chocolate cakes with chocolate cream. Honestly, this is too much. Therefore, I try to have a contrast in the recipe, because monotonous products spoil the whole taste.
