Sour cream - 1 glass;

Rub the butter with sugar. Combine the flour mixed with the baking powder with the oil. Mix everything in hands until the state of flour crumbs. The dough is ready.

Chop with a fork curd, add sour cream and yolks into it, mix everything.

Whisk with sugar and vanilla protein until a strong foam. Combine the proteins with the curd mass and mix everything.

To prepare the dough:

Flour - 250 grams;

Butter - 75 grams;

Baking powder - a teaspoon;

Half a lemon peel;

Cream - 100 ml.

For filling:

Peaches (fresh or canned) - 300 grams;

Sugar - 100 grams;

Half a lemon peel;

Cottage cheese - 400 grams;

Vanilla sugar - a teaspoon;

Eggs - 2 pieces.

Mix flour with baking powder, add zest, butter, mix everything, then pour pre- whipped cream and knead dough. Turn the resulting dough into a film and put it in the refrigerator for about an hour.

For the filling, whip the yolks with sugar, add vanilla sugar, cottage cheese, zest and starch to them. Mix everything, add whipped proteins to the mass.

Dough lay on the film, which must be sprinkled with starch or flour. Top cover it with a film and roll it well.

The form should be greased with oil, the dough should be spread over its surface, setting it on the walls, so that a peculiar capacity for the filling is obtained. Put stuffing on top, over decorate it with lobes of peach.

Bake the cake in the oven for about 45 minutes at 200 degrees.

There is a curd cake with peaches, even when it is warm - it's even tastier.
