Not every day on our kitchen table there are two such useful and tasty products, like salmon and avocado.

Avocado. This South American fruit, called an alligator pear, is rich in vitamins and trace elements, especially vitamins A and E. In addition, it is an oleaginist, but it contains oleic acid, which helps to lower the level of cholesterol in the blood. It is indicated to people with lipid metabolism disorders, obese, with cardiovascular disorders. Of course, people who lead a healthy lifestyle should not forget it. In addition, he is deservedly considered an aphrodisiac.

Thus, we decided which dish will appear on our table today. And there are many ways to prepare it. In most cases, in addition to the main ingredients - salmon and avocado - in this salad there is a dress made of olive oil with lemon juice (like varieties with vinegar or orange juice) and with mustard. Less common is dressing with mayonnaise or sour cream. In my opinion, after all, a classic dress based on vegetable oil is preferable, since it preserves all the useful properties of this dish. Also a regular companion of this dish is an ordinary leaf salad. Optional ingredients can be onions, tomatoes, shrimps, croutons and eggs. In some cases, rolls of avocado wrapped in slices of salmon are placed on the leaves of the salad. It is believed that this dish is Spanish or Mexican cuisine.

However, among the recipes there can be not so classic combinations, but very attractive for unification of tastes.

For example, my attention was drawn to a salad with salmon and avocado. It is called "Salad the Refined." We will need:

One large avocado;

300 grams of salmon;

Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon;

1 egg;

Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons;

Greens, salt and pepper to your taste.

Avocado cut in half, scrape the middle, cut the flesh, sprinkle with lemon juice and mix with chopped eggs and mayonnaise. Slice the salmon slices and add to the mixture. Lay out in halves, decorate with parsley and celery, and top with caviar. The taste gently and seemingly looks charming and exciting - worthy of the culinary masterpieces of Casanova. This salad has only two minuses - the components are not cheap, and mayonnaise does not help reduce cholesterol.

And you can try to make a simple salad of these ingredients. It is called "Rolex". So, we need:

500 grams of smoked salmon;

2 avocados;

100 grams of butter;

Salt and pepper to taste.

We cut finely salmon and avocado pulp. Mix everything, and add 50 grams of butter. Mix again and salt, again add the remaining oil and pepper. That's all, lettuce is ready for use! Salad with salmon and avocado is ready, eat on health!
