And in just one year she easily grew from an ordinary mass-worker-entertainer into a wise and talented leader. In this position, Galina worked for five years. And at the end of 2001 she graduated from the university with a diploma of a practical psychologist and a teacher of psychology.

Work on the specialty

Having received a diploma of a specialist and an invaluable experience as a manager, Galina Shirshina went to search for work in the specialty. This time, fate brought it with the right people, and the promising leader began to work as an assistant to the interdepartmental chair of psychology of the KSPU.
