Roll stuffed with minced meat with egg - a dish worthy of a festive table

Meat dishes are often cooked at home. Such popularity has several reasons. Firstly, it's delicious, and secondly, it's quite simply and quickly prepared. But if the "on duty" cutlets and meatballs are somewhat fed up, you can prepare such a beautiful and original dish, as a roll with minced meat and egg. Despite the fact that it is not difficult to cook such a roll, it looks very nice and can be suitable for a festive table.

So, to prepare a roll of minced meat with egg, we need about a kilogram of meat for cooking stuffing. The type of meat can be chosen according to your taste, but usually use beef and pork. The only condition - mincemeat for this dish should not be too fat. And those who follow the figure, can prepare a dietary option - a roll of chicken mince, using poultry.

In addition, we need four pieces of a loaf or white bread (no crusts), about 70 ml of milk, a pair of onions and 7 eggs.

We put five eggs hard boiled, and we will prepare the stuffing ourselves. To do this, chop the meat in a meat grinder or use a blender. We put the bread in a bowl and fill it with milk, and afterwards, squeezing it, we shall grind it in the meat grinder together with the peeled onions. Add crushed onions and bread to chopped meat, there we will send two raw eggs and mix well. Do not forget to add salt and add black pepper. Lovers can put ground minced garlic.

The simplest way is to prepare a beautiful roll of minced meat with an egg, if there is a rectangular, sufficiently deep shape. In a greased and sprinkled with manga (you can use breadcrumbs), we put half the stuffing. Then in the middle we put boiled eggs, stacking them very tightly to each other. We spread the remaining forcemeat from above, spread it and send it to the oven at a temperature of 200 degrees for one hour. Shortly before the ready rolls can be sprinkled with grated cheese.

A ready roll of minced meat with egg is slightly cooled and removed from the mold. Before serving, cut into pieces with a thickness of about one and a half centimeters. In the cut, this roll looks very beautiful, especially if you put pieces on the leaves of a green salad.

Of course, a roll of minced meat can be cooked and without form. In this case, you need to lay out the minced meat on film or foil in the form of an oblong flat cake, lay boiled eggs on its middle, and then, lifting the edges of the film, make a roll, connecting the opposite edges of the flat cake. Spread such a roll on a baking tray with a seam down. It is convenient to use a sleeve for baking to make minced meat rolls.

By the way, such a roll can be served both as a cold snack or used for making sandwiches.

It should be noted that the stuffing for such a roll can be prepared from chopped eggs. To prepare this option, boiled eggs cut into small cubes, add to them finely chopped greens and a little melted butter. A very delicious filling is obtained if you add green onions to chopped eggs.

And you can make a roll of minced meat with an omelette. Minced meat for this dish is prepared in the same way as described in the first recipe. But for the filling you need to beat 4 eggs, adding salt and 100 grams of sour cream or milk to them. Cook the omelette in a frying pan under the closed lid with low heat.

We put the prepared stuffing on a film or foil into a rectangular layer, on top of which we lay an even omelet in an even layer. To our dish was more beautiful, then on top of the omelet you can pour a layer of finely chopped greens or spread the grated on a large grater of boiled carrots. One side of the flat cake should be left free of the filling. Then, with the help of a film, roll the roll and transfer it to the prepared baking sheet. Bake in a hot oven for about an hour. We put the finished roll on a dish and cut it into portions. Serve this roll best with fresh vegetables.
