Add about 3 large spoons of honey and mix the mass until the honey and sugar grains dissolve completely.

Mix in a teaspoon of soda and lemon juice and add to the honey mass. Immediately the reaction will proceed, and the mass will increase in volume. This should be taken into account when choosing a saucepan, so that the future dough does not "run away".

Then remove the pan from the water bath and add the ground nuts, mix.

Then gradually, in a few turns, pour in a mass of flour with the added baking powder and knead the dough.

Pour it into a prepared form, decorate on top with slices of apples or plums and bake for 30 minutes in the oven, heated to 180 degrees.
