So, for the test, we need to prepare three glasses of flour, a couple of spoons of sour cream (table), 70 grams of butter, a glass of sugar, a couple of eggs, a little baking powder and vanillin.

For a cream that will make our peach cake especially soft and tasty, you will need to take a little condensed milk, enough will be half of the standard 250 ml jars, 50 grams of chopped walnuts, as well as natural dyes from carrots and beets. Please note that the dessert must be prepared only from fresh sour-milk products, otherwise neither dough nor cream will be produced as they should be.

So, how to cook Peaches cake? To begin with, turn on the oven and heat it to the desired temperature - 200 degrees C. As the oven warms up, let's start preparing the dough. To do this, we'll shoot eggs with sugar with a mixer or a whisk in a deep bowl. In the egg mass, add butter , vanilla, sour cream and continue whipping. Mix the flour with the baking powder and put it into the egg-sour mass, continuing to gently stir. We knead the dough. The finished dough should turn out to be elastic and soft, similar to dough, used for baking cakes.

We divide the dough into portions of the size of a natural peach, roll the balls of them, then cut them into two halves, give them a neat shape and spread them on the pre-greased baking sheet into smooth and neat rows at a short distance from each other. Bake the billets for peaches for 20 minutes.

As soon as the halves blush, get, cool and prepare to fill the filling. For this, we take out the core from each halva with a spoon, lay condensed milk and walnuts in the formed wells. To securely fix the halves, the area of their contact is also well spread out with condensed milk. Ready-made peaches are dyed with beet juice and carrots, which can easily be obtained by wiping the vegetables on a shallow grater. If desired, you can sprinkle ready-made cakes with sugar.
