Cake "Eskimo" - the original dessert

Cake "Eskimo" is an excellent variant of a festive dessert. Children will like it very much. But adults will not remain indifferent. We offer several simple cooking options.

1. Six whisk eggs with a glass of sugar with a mixer for two minutes, constantly increasing the speed. It should be a lush, light and thick mass.

2. Pour a small spoonful of baking powder or soda with vinegar and add to the dough.

3. Pour a glass of flour, gently mix.

We take high square shapes and lubricate them very carefully. Evenly and finely distribute the dough. Be sure to leave the distance from above, as the baking will rise. Bake it for about an hour in a heated oven, setting the temperature to not more than 175 degrees. It is recommended to constantly check the readiness with a match. We remove the crust and leave it on the grate for final cooling. Then wrap them in a food film and leave for two hours.

Cut the corks into rectangles. You can add inside any stuffing. In each rectangle stick a stick and put glaze on each. It is recommended to make it of different colors. Decorate with confectionery asterisks and beads. When the icing hardens, then the cake "Eskimo" can be served.
