Sprinkle top with grated Dutch cheese and send to bake in the oven. 400 grams of raw pumpkin should be taken 350-400 grams of meat (preferably beef), 50 grams of wheat flour, 2 onions, 2 raw eggs, 50 grams of lean butter and solid Dutch cheese.

Pumpkin in the oven baked with fish. Ingredients for the dish: 200-300 g of raw pumpkin, 2 raw eggs, dried dill, 1 cup kefir, 1 onion, 30 grams lean oil, the amount of fish depends on the shape size: the fish should be placed on the bottom of the mold in one layer; You can take any fish fillets (hake, mackerel, halibut, pollock or cod). Pieces of fish lay on the bottom of the mold, from above lay a pumpkin, cut into thin slices. Place the chopped onions and dill on top of the pumpkin. Pump fish with pumpkin eggs, whipped with kefir and salt, and put the form in a hot oven for 40 minutes. Before serving, add the dish with vegetable oil.

On a kilogram of peeled, fiber and pumpkin seeds, you need to take 300 grams of dried apricots, 3 tablespoons sugar, 3 tablespoons breadcrumbs, 50 grams of cow's butter (can be replaced with margarine), half a glass of milk and 2 glasses of béchamel sauce. Pumpkin should be cut into cubes. Dry the dried apricots in water and then cut into strips. Combine the pumpkin with dried apricots, butter, cream, sugar, salt and milk, slightly let it sit. In a form greased with oil, put the prepared mixture, pour the sauce, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and send it to the oven. To make a béchamel sauce, fry 2 tablespoons of wheat flour in a single spoonful of butter, then dilute it with two glasses of hot milk, add sugar to taste and boil for about fifteen minutes on a small fire with constant stirring. After the sauce has cooled, mix it with the egg yolk of one egg.

As a filling for pies, pies along with other vegetables and fruits is often used and pumpkin. In the oven, for example, you can bake a roll with a pumpkin filling. For a roulette test: 1 kilogram of wheat flour, one egg, 200 milliliters of water, 100 g of cow's oil (can be replaced with margarine), 1.5 teaspoons of soda. For the filling, you need a kilogram of peeled pumpkin, a glass of ground walnuts and 5 tablespoons of sugar. You need to start with the filling: mix the grated pumpkin pulp with ground nuts and sugar. From these products knead a steep dough, split in half and thinly roll out each piece. Lubricate the thinly rolled dough layer with lenten oil, cover it with half of the filling, cover it with the next rolled up layer, also oiled, put the remaining stuffing on it. Collapse the roll (not tight), grease its surface with an egg, lay on a sheet, greased with any fat, and immediately cut into portions. Only after this, put the roll in a hot oven and bake 45-50 minutes. Roll served on the table is already cooled.
